Christee graduated from Mississippi University for Women with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1995. She began working at Graham Roofing in 1997. Christee handles billing, various certifications, business development, and oversees the day to day operations. She serves on the Safety Committee for the MS Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) since 2010 and serves on the Membership Committee for National Women in Roofing (NWIR). She also sits on the Industry Advisory Board for MSU’s Building Construction Science (BCS) Program and is a founding member of the FORGE Foundation. Christee enjoys reading, shopping, decorating and spending time with her family and friends.

Suzanne started working with Graham Roofing in June 1985 after graduating Summa Cum Laude from the MS University for Women with a BS degree in Accounting. Suzanne worked her way up to CFO, and then became co-owner of GRI in January of 2018. Suzanne is ultimately responsible for all financial reporting and assists with ownership duties as well as various others. Suzanne enjoys Alabama football and spending time with her grandchildren.

Mickey received his Associate of Applied Science degree in Drafting and Design from MS Delta Community College in 1978, and then his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Delta State University in 2005. He began working for Graham Roofing shortly thereafter as an estimator. Altogether, Mickey has over 40 years of roofing experience. Mickey enjoys spending time with his family, playing with his grandchildren and playing golf.

Sunni started at Graham Roofing in July of 2017, but has been in the construction industry for more than 14 years. Sunni handles project management duties, such as assisting in setting up projects, completing the submittal process, ordering materials and preparing close-out documents. In her spare time, Sunni enjoys reading, going on rides with her husband Casey, and playing ball with her dogs Lizzy and Max.

Elbert started with Graham Roofing in October of 2018, in Sales and Business Development. Elbert is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, gathering job information, assisting other team members to prepare estimates for clients, presenting proposals to customers, and representing Graham Roofing at various socials, conferences and other civic organizations. Elbert enjoys spending time with his godsons, fishing and experiencing new changes that can happen every day.

Lane began working with Graham Roofing in April of 2019, but with prior construction experience. Lane is responsible for weekly payroll, human resources, accounts payable, sales tax and other general accounting duties. Lane enjoys reading, SEC football (particularly Auburn) and spending time with friends and family.

Jennifer graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor degree in Marketing in December of 2018. She began working with GRI in the summer of 2017 as a marketing intern, and worked throughout the duration of school. She hired on full time in January of 2019. She is responsible for marketing, promotions and recruiting tasks, such as managing our social media, producing promotional and informational items, and assisting with various recruiting efforts. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and traveling.

Glenn started with Graham Roofing in August of 2020, in Estimating and Sales. His responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, gathering job information, assisting other team members to prepare estimates and presenting proposals to customers. Glenn enjoys golfing, hunting, exercising, participating in family activities and going to church.

James began with Graham Roofing in 1989. James is in charge of keeping the inventory and warehouse organized, loading and unloading material from trucks, and keeping our equipment maintained. James spends his free time watching sports, working on cars, and just enjoying life.

Jonathan began working at Graham Roofing in 2014. Prior to GRI, he worked in other areas of the construction industry. Jonathan is responsible for managing our Saltillo office to ensure Graham Roofing’s vision is carried out based on our Culture of Excellence. He also establishes and maintains communication with our corporate office to help maintain an effective team environment. Jonathan enjoys lifting weights, hunting, camping, hiking and family times. He married his wife, Lane Russell Poland, in 2009 and they have three (3) sons: Reece, Jess and Braylen and a chocolate lab named June.

Aaron started at Graham Roofing in February of 2017, but grew up gaining construction experience and knowledge while helping his dad and others with various projects. Aaron is responsible for estimating and sales in our Saltillo office. Aaron enjoys waterfowl hunting, training dogs, playing golf, photography, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

Jeff began working with Graham Roofing in December of 2012, and has worn many hats within GRI. He is now responsible for warehouse and inventory management, and ensures the equipment and trucks are maintained at the Saltillo office.
