Christee graduated from Mississippi University for Women with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1995. She began working at Graham Roofing in 1997. Christee handles billing, various certifications, business development, and oversees the day to day operations. She serves on the Safety Committee for the MS Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) since 2010 and serves on the Membership Committee for National Women in Roofing (NWIR). She also sits on the Industry Advisory Board for MSU’s Building Construction Science (BCS) Program and is a founding member of the FORGE Foundation. Christee enjoys reading, shopping, decorating and spending time with her family and friends.

Lane began working with Graham Roofing in April of 2019, but with prior construction experience. Lane is responsible for weekly payroll, human resources, accounts payable, sales tax and other general accounting duties. Lane enjoys reading, SEC football (particularly Auburn) and spending time with friends and family.

Thomas Hays joined Graham Roofing in March 2025, bringing with him a decade of construction experience. With a strong foundation in business and leadership, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University after spending two years playing baseball at East Mississippi Community College (EMCC).
Outside of work, Thomas enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, catching up with friends, and watching sports—especially Mississippi State Baseball. His dedication to excellence and passion for teamwork make him a valuable asset to the GRI team.

James began with Graham Roofing in 1989. James is in charge of keeping the inventory and warehouse organized, loading and unloading material from trucks, and keeping our equipment maintained. James spends his free time watching sports, working on cars, and just enjoying life.

Amy began working with Graham Roofing in February of 2021. She is responsible for general front office duties, welcoming and greeting visitors, and assisting with employee onboarding. Amy's duties are ever evolving as she settles in at GRI. In her spare time, Amy enjoys gardening, reading, traveling, making art, and playing guitar.

Daniel received his Bachelor's degree in Special Education from Mississippi State University in 2019. Originally from Memphis Tennessee, after graduation, Daniel moved to Mississippi officially in 2019 and began working with GRI in August of 2022 as an Estimator. During his free time, he enjoys woodworking, playing with his dogs, and cooking.

I started with Graham Roofing in February 2024. I have been in the construction industry for the past 25 years.

Tammy keeps the office running smoothly and provides support with accounts payable. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and getting lost in a good book.
Tyler graduated from Mississippi University for Women with a bachelor’s degree in sports management in 2024. He started his career at Graham Roofing in October 2024 as project manager. His role as project manager is that he oversees organizing, planning, and carrying out projects from start to completion. He ensures that projects are finished on schedule, under budget, and in compliance with all specifications and warranties. Tyler enjoys spending his time outdoors hunting and fishing.

Jonathan began working at Graham Roofing in 2014. Prior to GRI, he worked in other areas of the construction industry. Jonathan is responsible for managing our Saltillo office to ensure Graham Roofing’s vision is carried out based on our Culture of Excellence. He also establishes and maintains communication with our corporate office to help maintain an effective team environment. Jonathan enjoys lifting weights, hunting, camping, hiking and family times. He married his wife, Lane Russell Poland, in 2009 and they have three (3) sons: Reece, Jess and Braylen and a chocolate lab named June.

Will began working at Graham Roofing in 2023. He has been in various areas of the construction industry for the past 10 years. Will handles project management duties, material procurement, project/crew scheduling, and monitoring of ongoing projects for quality and safety. In his spare time, Will enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching college sports, and working in the yard/garden.
