People would be surprised to know: I am an ordained deacon at Zion Gate M.B. Church.
Responsibilities: I monitor job sites and work places promoting safe work conditions. Hold weekly safety meetings and train employees to work smart, safely and professionally. I also work small repairs as needed.
Years at Graham Roofing: I started at Graham Roofing in 1978. I worked in the sheet metal department for many years until moving into safety and small repairs.
Best Roofing Tip / Story: Be prepared and stay focused on what you are trying to accomplish.
What do you like most about working at Graham Roofing?: Being outside! Working with different jobs and the challenges that come with the different projects.
What do you enjoy most about having a career in the roofing industry?: The opportunity to learn roofing systems, how to install them and taking what I have learned and teaching fellow employees.
